While they are not specifically harmful to your pet, they are not good for their diet, and can cause digestive distress.  Give a dog a dog treat. If they steal the bag you shouldn’t be worried, but it’s never harmful to call your veterinarian and ask for specific instructions.

Ingredients:Corn Meal, Vegetable Oil (Contains One or More of the Following: Corn, Cottonseed, Palm), Maltodextrin, Whey, Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, Cheddar Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes), Sunflower Oil, Nonfat Milk, Citric Acid, Artificial Colors (Red 40 Lake, Yellow 6, Yellow 5, Yellow 6 Lake), Sodium Diacetate, Sodium Phosphate, Sugar, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Dehydrated Onion, Extractives of Chili, Natural Flavors, Lime Juice Solids, Oleoresin Capsicum, Butter, Lactic Acid, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate.

WHEN YOU CARRY A BAG OF CHIPS THROUGH THE HOUSE, your dogs will follow you like the pied piper leading the rats away form the city.  They have those big sad eyes that say: “Why you get treats but not me?”  But you should resist the urge to give your dogs heavily processed people foods. Ingredients like Onion, MSG, Chili powder, citric acid are all not good for your dogs.  Resist the urge.
